MOVE is the first industry-wide audience measurement system for outdoor media in Australia

2014 Software Update

The month of May will see MOVE adding a range of new features and enhancements to the Audience Measurement Software (AMS) to improve both the experience you have with the software and give you a better understanding of the data outputs. These features are scheduled to be released with the 2014 data update on 19 May.

Some of the highlights are;

  • Save time running multiple demographics: When running a report you will be able to select up to 3 separate demographics (currently only 1) against which you would like a report. MOVE will run each demographic selected and return a report for each.
  • Report results for irregular display periods. You will be able to select additional duration options for your activity. Previously only 7, 14, 28, 56 and 84 day options were available, from the 19th this will increase to 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56, 63, 70, 77 and 84. Meaning those 3 week campaigns and more can now have an accurate R&F report.

  • Get a clearer picture of where the campaign is reaching. The heat map on reports now has a slider bar that lets you change the opacity of the Total Reach layer so you can see the map layer at the same time.

  • Visualise contacts not just reach. The map has had another layer option added which the user can choose to look at contacts instead of total reach. The contacts of the campaign are represented as dots (with each dot representing a number of people) to show the profile of a site in terms of the volume of people to help visualise the coverage of the campaign another way.
