Acceptance of terms of use

MOVE website is operated by the Measurement of Outdoor Visibility and Exposure Pty Limited ABN 89 114 528 095 (MOVE). Access and use of the MOVE Website is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Proper law

The agreement between MOVE and all users of the MOVE Website is governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each user unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
